“It always seems impossible until it’s done”

About

Igniting the Spark of Innovation

We believe in a community that works together, where understanding replaces judgment, and where solutions replace outdated processes that continue to fail our youth. We cannot fix everything, but we refuse to stand by and do nothing.

The time for change is now. Join us in building a future where no young person is left behind. Together, we can turn intervention into transformation.

Jodie oliver

Director

Jodie has a diverse background, with experience across multiple industries, including radio, Beats by Dr. Dre, Britain’s Got Talent, business development in multiple industries, and working with various children’s charities for homelessness and poverty.

She has been actively involved in campaigns for Crime Stoppers, the National Youth Reference Group, and Connexions, while also working in residential care homes, with a core interest in SEMH, trauma, and addiction.

After recently leaving her role in an alternative provision, Jodie wanted to continue her passion for helping the younger generation succeed, inspired by her own struggles as a teenager.

frankie messina

Director

Frankie’s own struggles with dyslexia growing up left his education feeling unfulfilled with teachers doubting his future, until he discovered a practical way to learn through building. This sparked a deep passion for hands-on learning, which eventually led him to create his own successful company, FMB Developments.

Now, Frankie is dedicated to helping others in similar situations find the right path, overcome challenges, and achieve their full potential, believing that everyone deserves the chance to succeed in their own way.
